I'm Fabio, I achieved my degree in Biology at Bologna University.
I also achieved my tasting certification (IFO-Physiological Ability for Tasting) at O.N.A.O.O. (National Organization for EVO Tasters) in Imperia.
I am a member of the National Register for EVOs Technicians and Experts too.
I take part to certified tasting events at the Science & Technologies for Food and Agriculture department (Bologna University) and at the Agriculture, Environment and Food department (Marche University).
